How has XM changed you?

How has XM changed you?
Ok, whether you are an agent of the Resistance or Enlightenment, there is one truth. XM will change you. As an agent for the side of Enlightenment, I embrace this change. Do the Resistance use XM at all?
I have become more active (walking several miles a week) and have met a lot more people as we wage war against the dark forces of the Resistance.
I visit the nearby park more often, There are frog sculptures there that are my personal portals and I defend them with everything I have. I will even summon the aid of other agents if need be but the frog portals are the last hope of humanity as we struggle against the misled and unguided.
Our City Hall and nearby cemetery (full of the city founders and civil war vets) is shock full of portals and I use this area to stock up. I often go in the evening and night to escape the hot afternoon sun.
XM has changed me. It has made me more active, more outgoing and turned me into a cemetery wanderer at night. Blush

PS: This thread is light humor, I know a few Resistance players too and they are great people.

Embrace the new world order.

RE: How has XM changed you?
Old school Ingressers may remember that change from back in January, lots of unclaimed keys and items were lost forever in favor of XM stability. Many of us leaving items “under the carpet” to be picked up for future use had a painful surprise when we realized after 12 hours they just lost cohesion and disintegrated according to Dr. Oliver Lyton-Wolfe.

I know many of you will say “I noticed that a while ago” but for those who weren’t already aware, here is what we know so far. There is no confirmed countdown currently, we are not sure how long will it last or if it will be adjusted again eventually.
